Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care items may not be eligible for return.
