When Can You Request a Return

You may request a return or refund if you received a damaged or defective product, you received the wrong item, or your order did not arrive within the expected delivery window.

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item. Do not return any item without contacting us first.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted. Digital products such as the Muscle Recovery PDF Guide are non-refundable once downloaded.

Refund Process

Once we confirm your return is eligible, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account details you provide.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Used or damaged items caused by the customer. Items returned without prior notice. Digital downloads after purchase.
