Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product we sell is 100% authentic and carefully selected for quality and performance. We do not sell counterfeit or substandard items.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver across Nigeria within 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Abuja and Lagos orders are usually faster.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your preferred product to cart, fill in your delivery details, and complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation message once your order is placed.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, we do. Cash on delivery is available in select locations. Contact us on WhatsApp to confirm if your area is covered before placing your order.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Yes. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I use the Massage Gun safely?

Start on the lowest speed, never use on bones or injured areas, and limit use to 2 minutes per muscle group. Our free Muscle Recovery PDF Guide has full instructions.

Yes. The guide is available as a digital product in our store. Once you pay, it is sent to your email instantly. No shipping required.

Do you ship outside Nigeria?
